My body is so surprised that it doesn’t think to complain

6:00 – Up, Sitting, Breakfast.

7:20 – Haru leaves. I go for a run. My body is so surprised that it doesn’t think to complain for about three-quarters of a mile.

7:40 – Back in the flat, yoga, then shower and dress.

Then guitar practise.

10:00 – Colouring in fairies again.

13:00 – Lunch, then after lunch to the post office with a lot of packages. As I have a lot of packages, I discover that there’s a very long queue – all the way to the back of the shop and around by the chilled foods. Occasionally someone comes to join it with a surprised look on their face.

Anyway, I get all my packages sent, which is nice, then return to the colouring in.

18:00 – Set off to the movements class, meeting Haru on her way back, on the stairs.

I have to present something. I don’t think I did very well, but don’t really mind either.

Do OK today. Don’t fall over, manage to keep my attention. Should practise standing on one foot more.

9:45 – Leave the class. Return home.

10:30 – Back in the flat. 5-portions-a-day stew by H, and chocolate treats from Japan.
