digestive processes and puerility
Rise at 6:30, to the Ballroom, where I Tai Chi, then Sit. Back to the Bedroom. I dress in performance clothes (well, black top and trousers); tune the guitar and prepare myself to perform. At 8:10, I go to the Dining Room. John L1 is performing a Jobim tune, so I wait until he's finished, give it a few seconds, then go in and play Cielo. Probably the best I've done it. The GC method works, then. After me is Diego Souto with his Stick, who I miss as I'm returning to the bedroom to complete. I pass him on the way back, though.
After breakfast, I practise the Chaconne until Tai Chi, then do Tai Chi. It's decidedly chilly out in the courtyard.
At 10:30 I have a personal meeting with Martin, very useful. After this I try again, and fail again, to connect to the Internet. Then I have a chat with Conor.
Lunch
Tea is at 16:00 and at 16:30,-ish, the L1 Agglo present there Quality work. I miss the beginning of this. It's always very informative, though, about one's own work as much as anything else.
At 18:00, they present a second performance some parts of which are on the verge of receiving more critical attention than yesterday, and which completes with Calliope.
I have a personal meeting with Hernan at 18:50, and only just make it to play the Chaconne. This is taken at a fearsome pace, which leaves a number of us standing, rather. After this, we have Dinner.
20:00 Silence has visited Dinner. It remains for quite a while, and is only driven away by digestive processes and puerility. These often have a similar effect on me.
21:00 Showering and changing into not-quite-glad-but-not-really-sad-either rags.
The Final Meeting begins at 21:30
Midnight: Showing pictures in the Powerbooks
(Vast blank areas, sorry. Final days are often like this. I probably practised the Chaconne, though, I was doing a lot of that)
