I'm heckled by a vagrant.
6:45 - Get up. Sitting. Breakfast
8:10 - H goes to work.
I dither and do some corrections, then I go to Walker. Late again.
Before I leave the flat, the phone rings and a recorded message tries to sell me something. Is this really what it's come down to, they can't get human beings to do this any more. Rather than hang up I turn the radio up and leave the phone next to it while I prepare to go out. I don't know if it made any difference at all.
Arrive at Walker's and do Maisy until lunch.
13:00 - Lunch. Discussion of the French election with a woman who voted in it. She's quite angry at all the people who voted for Sarkozy.
Lie down.
14:00 - Back to work.
During the afternoon a package arrives - a replacement for the bottle rack in the fridge, which collapsed under the weight of an excessive milk bottle some time ago.
18:30 - Go home with the bottle rack.
19:30 - Go out for a run. I go up to Tate Modern, over the Millenium Bridge and around the north Embankment to Westminster Bridge, across and then down Westminster Bridge Road to home. I'm heckled by a vagrant.
Shower and then dinner (Japanese/Korean food by H: Mmm!)
After dinner watch a documentary about Saki and a couple of Mark Steel biographies.
Bed late again, then.
