perhaps it knows, and I don't trust it
6:45 - Get up. Sitting. Breakfast.
8:00 - Haru goes to work. I pack the old/new computer in its box to be collected and work on a font. Then I write a letter to the leaseholder's agent, asking him to justify some of the charges he made. It's quite an assertive letter.
Book arrives in the post - Impro for Storytellers by Keith Johnstone.
No reply from Walkers, to whom the font went.
So, promising start to the day, after which it evaporates slightly. I have lunch at 13:30 and fall asleep afterwards.
At 18:00, Haru gets home, and at 18:20 I set off for the movements class.
Tonight I have flashes of awakeness and long stretches of asleepness, and periods of watching myself being asleep, which isn't fun, especially when you're trying to stand on one foot. Also I forget a lot of the movements, and my body-brain doesn't quite catch up. Or perhaps it knows, and I don't trust it.
21:45 - Set off for home. Buy a bottle of water in the off license next to the station.
On the train reading Impro for Storytellers.
22:30 - Get home. Eat leftover salad by H, drink a cup of tea, eat some ginger nuts. Soon to bed.
